As a Relationship Manager, you will take ownership over a book of business that you will develop by building relationships with potential and existing borrowers and networking to bring in more borrowers. This person will play a pivotal role in bringing in business and ensuring the continued vitality of Funding Societies.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire new-to-Funding Societies (FS) SME clients through calls, canvassing, networking, and referrals
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of SME borrowers and drive deals from prospecting to disbursement
  • Develop relationships with business owners and referral partners to generate consistent deal flow
  • Attend networking and referral partner events to originate new opportunities
  • Think with a commercial mindset - balancing customer needs with FS's profitability and risk

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in SME financing or B2B sales
  • Strong hunter mentality and ability to win new business
  • Network of SME decision makers or referral partners is an advantage
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a target-driven environment
  • Good communication skills in English and at least one second language
