Compensation for this role is $85,000.00-$97,000.00 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As a Senior Recruiter , you will lead full-cycle recruiting across the Last Mile and Freight Forwarding teams , partnering closely with senior business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Work Location & Schedule: This position is based out of RXO's offices in Charlotte, NC; Marietta, GA; Naperville, IL; or Chicago, IL and follows a hybrid work schedule, with team members working onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. What your day-to-day will look like: Own the full-cycle recruitment process across Last Mile and Freight Forwarding, delivering against TA scorecard expectations and business hiring plans Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies, building pipelines for both immediate and future talent needs Manage a high-volume, diverse requisition load (20-40 openings), including operations, field, and professional roles Lead regular business partner meetings, providing market insights, talent trends, and guidance on recruiting strategy while delivering clear updates to senior leadership (RVPs, BU Presidents) Own the offer process, including compensation recommendations, offer delivery, and negotiations in partnership with HR and business leaders Partner closely with HR and cross-functional teams to resolve complex hiring challenges, escalating appropriately and driving solutions with minimal oversight Proactively source and pipeline passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms) Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting processes and ATS best practices, ensuring strong requisition management and data integrity What you'll need to excel: At a minimum, you will need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of high volume/light industrial recruiting experience It'd be great if you also have: 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience supporting operations or field-based environments Experience recruiting within logistics, transportation, or supply chain, including Last Mile and/or Freight Forwarding Proven ability to influence and advise senior business leaders with confidence and professionalism Advanced sourcing expertise, including passive candidate engagement, research, and cold outreach strategies Strong business acumen with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment Does this sound like you?
