Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical / Marine Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably in marine turbocharger MRO or related marine engineering services.
  • Strong technical knowledge of marine propulsion systems, especially turbochargers from major OEMs (ABB, MAN, MET, etc.).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
  • No prior sales experience required.
