Requirements

• GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 1- 2 years of working experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin .
• Computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
• Working Location and Hour

• - Working at AMK AVE 5, TECHPARK II (Central or East of Singapore)
• - Working 5 days with 1 Saturdays monthly on duty
• Singapore Citizen or PR
• . Preferable staying at AMK, Hougang Punggol, Sengkang , Bedok, Pasir Ris,

JOB SCOPE: - Assist in coordinating and managing ocean freight shipments. - Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations). - Liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations. - Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues. - Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and updating clients on shipment status. - Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment details.
