What You Can Expect : Sales Growth & Revenue Generation Generate GP and shipment volumes from new and existing D-level customers . Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities. Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline aligned with country sales targets. Lead Management Manage, follow up, and qualify leads received from the Opportunity Management Team. Ensure timely conversion of leads into revenue-generating customers. Customer Portfolio Management Accept and manage transferred D-level customers from BDM/BDE teams. Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business. Identify D customers with potential to grow into higher segments. Tender Management Support the preparation and submission of customer tenders, RFQs, and RFPs . Coordinate with pricing, product, and operations teams to gather competitive and accurate data. Assist in compiling commercial proposals, rate sheets, and service solutions.
