PT Copy of Junior Derivatives Clearing Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with trade allocation across exchanges to support smooth trade processing
• Support reconciliation activities between internal systems and exchanges (trades, positions, margins, and premiums)
• Help respond to client inquiries and requests via email in a timely manner
• Assist with day-to-day clearing operations under the guidance of senior team members
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records and identifying any discrepancies
• Technical skills:
• Good Microsoft skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and team player
• knowledge in VBA and/or Powerquery is a plus
• Continuous improvement and/or Lean mindset is welcome
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Soft skills:
• Proactive, motivated and willing to absorb new concepts
