Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, contractors, and guests. Greet visitors, issue badges, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility requirements. Coordinate visitor logistics including meeting rooms, escorts, PPE requirements, and site access. Communicate visitor arrival information to hosts and leadership Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Maintain calendars, conference room schedules, and meeting logistics. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, training materials, and other documentation as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications. Assist with purchase orders, invoices, supply ordering, and tracking as assigned. Coordinate office supplies and support shared service areas (conference rooms, reception areas, breakrooms as applicable). Support compliance with site policies, safety expectations, and confidentiality requirements. Communicate effectively with leadership, employees, vendors, and visitors to ensure smooth daily operations. Model professional behavior and reinforce site expectations with visitors and vendors. Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support operational effectiveness. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred 3+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Professional demeanor and customer‑service mindset Experience supporting leadership or management teams Working Conditions: While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company's Franklin location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
