Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of Fulfillment Operators across multiple sites. Set your team up for success to work safely and productively. You'll partner with Flight and Customer Operations to effectively support daily tasks and ensure high performance of your team.
  • You will own the day-to-day operations of one of our fulfillment operations, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.
  • You'll own scheduling and manage a labor budget. You will be responsible for ensuring your site meets performance metric goals.

Requirements

  • You're self-motivated, positive, and a team player
  • You have 2+ years' experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
  • Willingness to operate in a fast-changing environment and make adjustments when
  • You're able to be on your feet and handle warehouse duties including lifting up to 5 pounds (with or without accommodations)
  • Must successfully pass a background check, drug test and E-Verification

About You and The Role The Zipline Operations team is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to support our fulfillment operations in the greater Dallas - Fort Worth areas and the ideal candidate for this role is a motivated and experienced individual that excels in fast-paced, physical environments, and is excited to roll up their sleeves. In this role, own the day-to-day fulfillment operations of 3-5 Walmart Supercenters, ensuring the site processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for ensuring your locations meet performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve our operating processes. This is an onsite role and candidates must reside in the greater Dallas Fort-Worth area and be willing to travel around the metroplex as needed.
