Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming clients' requests and leads
  • Provide the most appropriate offer according to the customers & prospects actual needs
  • Prepare all relative documentation in order to complete sales. This includes quotation, preparation of proposals for clients, acceptances, collection of clients' financial documentation and client/prospect consultancy

  • Qualifications and skills:
  • Previous experience in sales 3-5 years
  • Sales experience over the telephone would be consider as an asset
  • Strong listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • PC Literacy
  • Must be familiar with digital technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree would be considered as an asset
  • Very Good command of Greek and English language (written & oral)
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate about sales
  • Results oriented
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Position Description: The Sales Executive's responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with clients and prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The relevant contact is primarily, but not limited, conducted through telephone. More precisely, the Sales Executive responds to a large number of prospects' incoming calls regarding leasing services offered by Ayvens. In addition, this role requires a systematic follow-up until the conclusion of the sale and retaining a close relation with clients to increase penetration. This is an exciting role that will support you in growing as a professional, while achieving your ambitious sales targets and KPIs. The ideal candidate for this position will deliver high quality service and provide consultancy to customers on deciding on the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs.
