Business Analyst - French

Responsibilities

• Support IT analysis and application maintenance
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog
• Contribute to the support of actuarial applications (e.g., PROPHET, ESG-CHESS, CIRIS, IBNRS)
• Main Activities
• Define and manage user stories with the team and PO
• Clarify business needs and plan actions with stakeholders
• Track progress and communicate updates to users and teams
• Contribute to testing (including non-regression tests)
• Support documentation and knowledge sharing
• Ensure compliance with engineering and security standards
• Work closely with offshore and technical teams
• Support & Maintenance
• Ensure application stability, performance, and scalability
• Provide functional and technical support to users
• Monitor and resolve incidents according to SLAs
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure delivery
• Collaborate with platform operators
• Excel with VBA (advanced level)
• Tests (non-regression, sanity)
• Cloud knowlegde
• Python knowledge
• Agile methods, ability to work in agile mode
• ITIL knowledge (practical level)
• French - C1 (mandatory)
• English - B2 (Upper Intermediate)
• Minimum 3 years in similar functions (BA with App support)
