Provides advice, guidance, and support in the pre-case development, case development, and case execution and closure phases of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process. 5. Demonstrated experience providing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) support during all phases of the acquisition life cycle. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) Basic-level certification. 2. Knowledge of and/or experience with the policies, concepts, guidance, procedures, techniques, and methodologies pertaining to Foreign Military Sales (FMS). 3. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies related to foreign disclosure and the international transfers of dual-use and defense-related technology, articles, and services.
