Responsibilities

  • Lead customer identity and account consolidation initiatives, creating a unified customer view across the BEES ecosystem.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Personalization teams to improve customer matching algorithms and data quality .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience working with data analysis, customer data, algorithms, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively across different teams.
  • Previous experience with Marketplace, customer identity, CRM, customer data, or data governance is a plus.
  • Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms is a plus.
  • ✈️ Availability for occasional international travel (approximately 1-2 trips per year).
