- Collaborate with PRB product and process teams to achieve excellence in the implementation of PRB products and policies across countries, seeking to improve understanding to drive business performance and employee motivation.
- Manage performance and pay review processes in line with the global principles, acting as a point of contact for respective management teams. This includes determining leadership messaging, reviewing pay proposals and managing annual compensation processes including funding, budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with PRB specialists on market pricing to increase the level of consistency across markets, reduce vendor costs and generally ensure data is used in an impactful manner.
- Manage, evaluate and improve effectiveness of all HR products, plans and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology enhancements, migration or process improvements.
- Participate in compensation and benefit market surveys, analyse results and make appropriate recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
- Review the impact of risk, control and conduct matters on performance and pay decisions in CIB Banking & Coverage.

- Coach PRB colleagues, motivating and developing them to achieve high standards of performance.
- Risk Management
- Identify and articulate forward looking risks in PRB products and processes, particularly in the areas of structured incentives
- Support statutory and internal audits.
- Work with business and HR process owners to articulate and manage risks through designated risk forums and/or process or product governance committees.
- Work with the Reward Governance team on the alignment of structured incentives with regulatory guidance in all countries and that they follow best practice.
