- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- M i ni mum 5 years of FMCG experience in various go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, category management) .
- Experience with customer engagement and projects, and strong understanding of local retailer dynamics and development.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of category management a nd ability to convert this knowledge into business growth.
- Business accumen in strategic and operational planning, commercial accumen , category management, NRM.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English
