About the role
ESTABLISH MEDIA NETWORK Drive earned media coverage by activating strong media relationships, influencer collaborations, and editorial partnerships within the motorsports ecosystem. COMMUNICATION PLANNING Develop and execute a strategic, target-oriented annual communication plan aligned with local Sports Marketing and Motorsport priorities. Leverage Red Bull's global and local content ecosystem to maximize visibility of motorsport projects and competitions. Build tailored communication plans with strong story angles to enhance brand awareness, strengthen brand image, and deepen product understanding. Prepare crisis communication scenarios and ensure readiness. MONITORING & REPORTING Track and evaluate motorsport media performance in line with global standards. Ensure accurate and timely integration of local media coverage into the global Coverage Database. Analyze results to optimize future communication strategies. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Communications & PR Motorsports understanding and media network is a must Proven track record in delivering strong earned media results and leading impactful communication projects Strong understanding of multi-channel media ecosystem (broadcast, print, digital, and emerging platforms) Bachelor's degree from a reputable university Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Advanced level of English is a must Strong network-building capabilities with journalists, editors, and opinion leaders in motorsports and automotive sectors Highly developed editorial mindset - ability to identify and shape stories with real media value Deep understanding of content distribution across all media platforms Strategic thinking combined with strong marketing and analytical skills Agile, hands-on team player with a proactive mindset Ability to translate marketing initiatives into compelling media narratives High energy, passion, and genuine affinity for motorsports
