Role Overview As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you serve as a technical leader within the community's maintenance team. You provide advanced troubleshooting and repair skills, mentor junior technicians, support the Service Manager, and help ensure the property remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained. In this role, you take ownership of complex maintenance issues, guide preventative maintenance programs, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality service to residents. Mentor and support Service Technicians and assist in leading maintenance operations. Serve as acting lead in the Service Manager's absence. Diagnose and repair advanced issues in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and general building systems. Address unsafe conditions and ensure timely corrective action by the team. Monitor and report on building and security systems, including automatic doors and cameras. Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on HVAC and building equipment. Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts. Participate in on‑call rotations and respond to property and resident emergencies. Provide professional, high‑quality customer service to residents. Document all work completed and report recurring issues.
