As a Leave of Absence & Wellness Specialist on the Total Rewards team, reporting into the Senior Manager, Global Benefits, you'll play a critical role in supporting employees through some of the most significant moments of their lives, whether that's navigating a medical leave, welcoming a new family member, or working through a personal challenge that requires a workplace accommodation. This is a global, individual contributor role, with broad scope and meaningful program ownership. You'll administer leave programs across all regions where 1Password operates, drive employee wellness initiatives that reflect our commitment to the whole person, and collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and People Ops teams. You'll be joining a team with a strong foundation, with the autonomy and mandate to improve, scale, and evolve what exists.
