Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Managing new customer enquiry and account servicing of existing customers and distributors.
• Able to focus on technical selling by developing in-depth knowledge of product/technical features.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
• Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Handling customer feedback in a professional manner.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Keeping track of sales and monthly/weekly forecast.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales agreements.
• Evaluate customer needs, conduct product demonstrations at site.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holders in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales with construction related knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and high adaptability personality.
• Meticulous,organized, good working attitude, hands-on, and a team player.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Possess Class 3 driving license (preferably with your own vehicle)
