About the role
You will play a key role in supporting our Chief People Officer, acting as a trusted partner to enable them to operate at pace and with maximum impact. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO operates at the heart of the organisation, and this role will provide critical support in navigating that environment. This is a highly visible position, sitting at the centre of the People function, where you will also provide administrative and coordination support to the broader HR leadership team. You will work closely with other Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment, seamless coordination, and effective communication at the executive level. Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, day-to-day support to the Chief People Officer, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and time is optimised
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones, including meetings, travel, and key People and Executive Leadership forums
- Coordinate closely with Executive Assistants to the wider Executive Leadership Team to ensure alignment of priorities, meetings, and communications
- Support the wider HR leadership team where required with administrative coordination, diary management, and meeting logistics
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive and board-level discussions
- Coordinate board and management packs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events, offsites, and leadership sessions
- Act as a central point of coordination across HR, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and following up on actions
- Monitor project status and produce clear, concise reporting for leadership visibility
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support operational processes, including vendor management and payments
- Act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, handling queries with professionalism and discretion
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or delays and work proactively with stakeholders to resolve them
- Leverage systems and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance ways of working

- Proven track record as a successful Executive Assistant in a global organization.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal at all levels.
- Exceptional time-management/organisational skills, and ability to produce high-quality work.

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High levels of professionalism, practices strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercises discretion when interfacing with the business - familiarity with confidential HR matters is a bonus.
