About the role
You will be part of the HR Systems & Specialized Support area, working closely with Employee Relations Experts (HR Operations team), Recruitment, Payroll, HR Business Partners and other support functions. The team acts as a key reference point for HR data, reports and system-related topics, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance in day-to-day HR activities. Your day-to-day Work with HR systems (Charisma and Workday), understanding how data is generated, processed and transferred between platforms; Analyze and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance across systems, using a structured approach to identify patterns and anomalies; Prepare and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports (monthly, quarterly, recurring), interpreting trends and highlighting key insights, risks or data gaps for stakeholders; Use Excel on a regular basis to process, analyze and structure data (working with reports, figures, trends and reconciliations); Support HR and business stakeholders with data-driven insights, clarifications and explanations of HR-related figures; Contribute to improving reporting processes, data quality and ways of working by investigating recurring issues, proposing options and evaluating impact; Act as a subject-matter reference for technical HR topics within the Employee Relations scope; Collaborate closely with Payroll, HRBP and other teams to ensure aligned and reliable HR data output; What you bring to the team Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations support or HR Systems, with technical orientation; Good understanding of HR applications, ideally Charisma and/or Workday and how HR data flows between systems; Strong data and reporting skills, with solid Excel proficiency; Ability to work confidently with numbers, reports and recurring datasets; An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail; Critical thinking: you question inconsistencies, challenge assumptions (when needed) and make sound judgments based on evidence; Strong problem-solving skills: you can break down complex topics, identify root causes and turn analysis into practical recommendations; Ability to assess risk and impact (data quality, compliance, stakeholder impact) and escalate appropriately when something doesn't look right; Ability to understand complex information and explain it clearly to stakeholders; Good organizational skills and comfort working with recurring deadlines (monthly / quarterly reporting); A collaborative approach and experience working with multiple internal stakeholders;
