The practice offers various healthcare services, including gynecology and women's health, immunizations, physical examinations, preventive medicine, and treatment for both acute and chronic conditions. Additionally, on-site lab services are available to facilitate patient care and enhance diagnostic efficiency. Springside | ChristianaCare Primary Care at Springside is a well-established, team-based primary care practice staffed by five Physicians, two Physician Assistants, and one Nurse Practitioner. The clinical team is supported by two Registered Nurses and eight Medical Assistants, while five Medical Office Assistants provide administrative and patient support services. Duties / Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse II , this role will provide age-appropriate, patient-centered care to pediatric through geriatric populations in both virtual and in-person settings, using strong clinical knowledge to assess and address patient needs. This role includes delivering services such as wellness visits, care management, point-of-care testing, and triaging patients, while collaborating closely with providers to support examinations, procedures, and efficient clinic operations. As a Registered Nurse II , will serve as a key liaison among patients, providers, and staff, ensuring clear communication, coordinating workflow, and responding to urgent situations. Will also support staff development through training and mentorship, participates in quality and compliance initiatives, and contributes to process improvement efforts-all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, patient education, and high-quality care delivery. Education Requirements: A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing. Registered Nurse licensure or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware, Maryland or Pennsylvania & New Jersey depending on location of employment. Two years' experience as a Registered Nurse, physician office experience is preferred.
