LiveOn is a small team within the iPhone Quality organization that facilitates unreleased products to be "lived on" by Apple employees outside of labs, networks and campuses, through unpredictable real life usage. Our goal is to enable discovery and resolution of unique high impact customer issues and to capture real world user feedback and sentiment on product performance and features so that we can ship the best experience to our customers, delivering the surprise and delight and high customer satisfaction for which Apple is known. This is a highly cross-functional role that will work closely with various Hardware and Software Engineering functions, Design teams, Quality and Operations.
