Position Summary: Audubon Center for Birds of Prey, located in Maitland, FL, is dedicated to promoting a stewardship ethic toward Florida's birds of prey and their habitats through medical rehabilitation, interactive education, and practical research. Audubon Center for Birds of Prey is offering an internship opportunity designed to provide an individual with a demonstrated interest in wildlife rehabilitation and clinical care with the ability to learn the operations of the Raptor Trauma Clinic and rehabilitation programs. In addition, this individual will learn the aspects of animal husbandry related to raptors in a captive setting, raptor conservation, and Center operations. The Senior Coordinator, Raptor Conservation and the Raptor Conservation Manager at Audubon Center for Birds of Prey will provide support and supervision to the Raptor Trauma Clinic intern. This position is part time on-site at Audubon Center for Birds of Prey, Maitland, FL. Housing is not provided. Length of Internship September 1-December 31, 2026 (18 weeks). Location: Onsite: Audubon Center for Birds of Prey, Maitland, FL Hours: 24/wk Schedule: The internship is being offered three full days a week for four months, totaling 400+ hours.
