About the role

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler with or without experience in Inspection scheduling to conduct the deployment and routing of 50+ field inspectors daily. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and responsible. Opportunities to advance for those with an ambition to do so and are eager to learn. Work with the Dispatch Team to ensure compliance of work instructions to the field employees in order to provide an efficient and productive work environment, Provide optimum customer service to clients and accurate records of job status updates. This position is responsible for directing/scheduling field inspectors as well as daily communication with our clients. Dispatch work orders and details to inspectors daily thru phone call and email Provide updates and follow up on jobs for numerous construction projects Monitoring inspectors, handling paperwork, entering correct information into the system Proficient in MS Office/computer literate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be customer focused and team orientated Proactive, self-starter, problem solver Ability to work with clients, operational staff, field and management Strong interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently Ability to prioritize while keeping an eye on detail Exceptional organizational skills Knowledge of NYC and the 5 boroughs a MUST For more information, please visit www.socotec.us Your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines SOCOTEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
