Responsibilities

• Handle all enquiries and book appointments via telephone, email or social media
• Provide detailed information to patient enquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal hospital teams, consultants, medical secretaries and external stakeholders to ensure appointments are converted
• Maintain contact with potential patients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of their enquiry
• What you'll bring with you
• Marketing and or Sales experience
• Ability to manage a portfolio of private patients from initial call to discharge
• Sound Computer skills using the MS Office Suite and Web based reporting
• Confident in engaging with a variety of people particularly in a high end setting
• Excellent communication skills both face to face, over the phone and in writing
• Articulate with the highest standard of personal presentation

The hospital opened in 1982 and has 57 bedrooms including one twin-bedded room all with en suite facilities. You will assist the Hospital to grow self-pay and Private Medically Insured admissions to defined targets. To effectively manage consultant relationships to ensure the private patient experience is consistently delivered. This interaction will be across all channels; in person, on the telephone and in writing. To be measured through patient satisfaction, compliments and/or complaints whilst undertaking analysis of private activity in order to maximise revenue generation.
