Responsibilities
- Lead artwork of package development activities in Organon and collaborate closely with markets, production, and the Artwork Centre to ensure timely, customer-focused delivery of artwork as well as bill of materials (product structure) management.
- Maintain accurate SAP master data, including creation, maintenance, and obsolescence of materials.
- Monitor material activation readiness and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material codes are available for use in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to ensure artworks, bill of materials, and master data are effectively managed and successfully transitioned into the supply process.
- Required Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, or
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills and critical thinking are welcome to apply.
- Preferably have experience/knowledge in pharmaceutical or FMCG industries, especially in a GMP working environment.
- Preferably have experience/knowledge in SAP master data management.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Language proficiency : Native in Bahasa Indonesian and Business level in English
