Responsibilities

- What you should have:
- 12 to 15+ years of experience across MarTech, digital, omnichannel, or commercial technology, with strong pharma exposure
- Hands-on experience delivering omnichannel solutions across platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe , and related engagement, data, or consent tools
- Strong understanding of journey orchestration, data integration, APIs, platform architecture, and real-time or near-real-time decisioning
- Experience operating in regulated environments with clear knowledge of privacy, consent, compliance, and review workflows
- Familiarity with commercial operations, field enablement, and the intersection of personal and non-personal promotion
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation efforts, including ecosystem audits, phased roadmaps, platform migrations, and vendor transitions
- Strong client-facing presence, with the ability to translate technical capability into business value
- Pay Range: $160,000-$208,000
