Responsibilities
- Assist in the adoption of BTS changes by providing in-depth change management expertise and direction
- Implement and support change management activities using a structured methodology process and tools
- Prepare actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsorship, People Manager, Communications, Training and Resistance. Ensure coordination with other specialists in the areas of communications, change management, and training.
- Determine the impact of change, assess the readiness of the organization for change, identify key stakeholders, and prepare strategies for risk mitigation.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across BTS as the subject matter expert and point of contact for change management initiatives.
- Defining and measuring success metrics, monitoring change progress, identifying adoption measurement metrics, gathering trend information, reporting to the program team, and making adjustments as necessary
- Making core change management plans with templates
- Effectively plan work, follow through, and come up with alternate solutions when obstacles arise.
- Required:
- A bachelor's degree plus 7 years of experience; Or Master's Degree plus 6 years of experience; Or PhD with 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with change management methodologies, tools, and principles
- Change management certification required,
- Experience in effective change management, communications, user experience, coaching, and training
- Experience with engaging stakeholders and collaborating at all levels, developing, and implementing strategies, including iterations to adjust strategies as necessary
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases
- Excellent communication skills in order to convey the rationale for change and its benefits to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Skilled at delivering messages that are easily understood, persuasive, and tailored to the needs of different audiences.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to overcome resistance
- Ability to think analytically, solve problems, assess risks, and mitigate them
- Preferred:
- Prosci certification is preferred. Information, security, and risk management experience preferred.
