About the role

Working closely with our CEO as our Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our entire digital presence: LinkedIn, Youtube, Homepage, Websites... You'll shape how the world discovers Ainavio, build content that tells our story, and grow channels that bring in the right traffic, leads, and awareness. For this role, we need a native German speaker. Aufgaben Your Responsibility Own our digital marketing presence across all channels. Build and scale content that drives traffic, leads and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, produce and manage content across website, social media and video.
  • Run and grow our YouTube channel - from scripting to publishing.
  • Build and optimize landing pages that convert.
  • Maintain and improve our website (copy, structure, SEO).
  • Track performance and iterate based on data.
  • Qualifikation
  • Native-level German.
  • 3-5 years hands-on experience in digital marketing - content, SEO, video or web.
  • A good eye for design and strong writing instincts.
  • Structured, creative and able to manage multiple projects at once.
