About ACRA The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is the national regulator of business entities, public accountants, and corporate service providers in Singapore. [What you will be working on] As a Deputy Director, Programme Management, you are an experienced leader who will be responsible for overseeing ACRA's digital transformation programme. You will work closely with the CIO and senior leadership to deliver on ACRA's mission, corporate goals, and strategic IT direction - spanning transformation initiatives, product development, and day-to-day digital operations. At this level, you will be expected to identify strategic opportunities for the organisation, drive initiatives at a programme level over the longer term, and be accountable for realising outcomes that advance ACRA's transformation goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership in defining strategy and ensuring its alignment to organisational needs, while serving as a trusted thought leader within the programme and with key stakeholders. Strategic Planning and Transformation You will support the CIO in shaping and executing ACRA's strategic IT direction, including the development and refresh of the Digital Transformation Plan. This includes translating ACRA's corporate goals into a coherent digital strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage technology for regulatory excellence, and driving the organisation's transition from project-based delivery to a product-led model. You will be expected to think across the full horizon, from immediate operational needs to longer-term capability building and ensure that ACRA's digital investments are purposeful, prioritised, and aligned to mission outcomes. Programme Delivery and Oversight You will oversee the delivery of ACRA's digital programme, spanning product development, system modernisation, and service transformation initiatives including AI. This includes breaking down complex, broad problems into clear workstreams and roadmaps, orchestrating execution across multiple product and project teams, and maintaining visibility on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes. You will ensure that ACRA's portfolio of digital initiatives including key products such as CLAIR, Bizfile, and UDAP 2.0 progresses in a structured, outcome-driven manner. Product and Operations Leadership You will provide programme-level oversight across ACRA's product areas, supporting product teams in delivering continuous value to users and the business. This includes overseeing product operations ensuring that live products are performing, that feedback loops are in place, and that issues are resolved promptly. You will work with product owners and business owners to ensure that products remain anchored to business outcomes and that the organisation is deriving measurable value from its digital investments. Stakeholder Management and Engagement You will build and maintain trusted relationships with ACRA's senior leadership, business divisions, and external partners including other Whole-of-Government stakeholders. You will represent ACRA's digital interests in cross-agency forums, influence strategy through evidence-based recommendations, and ensure that ACRA's transformation efforts are well understood and supported at all levels of the organisation. You will also be expected to resolve complex stakeholder conflicts and facilitate alignment across teams where priorities or perspectives diverge.
