SWE Engineering Project Manager, International Experience & Operations Features

About the role

In this role you will partner with software engineers and managers from our Software Engineering team to define, plan, schedule, and track the work for many cross-functional initiatives. You will be the central hub bringing together different individuals from Software, Hardware and Design, Marketing, and more, to deliver groundbreaking technology across all of our operating systems. For this role, the components and features you will work on involve improvements to our customer support experience and better international adoption of key operating system features and services.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the various layers of a software stack fit together
• Specific project management experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects
• Intellectually curious mindset
• Well-developed professional & communication skills, for example: Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, experience in tailoring written & spoken communications to multiple audiences, proficient in building effective relationships, resolving conflict, and influencing others.
• 3-5 years experience with 2+ years as a Project or Program Manager
• BS in Computer Science or related field
