Conduct product development from concept through design transfer and commercialization, including pilot-scale work and manufacturing scale-up. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality systems (e.g., Design Controls, ISO 13485, FDA/cGMP), including proper development documentation (e.g., Design History Files, specifications, and technical reports). Identify and communicate technical and regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies early in development. Represent R&D leadership in internal and external forums, including interactions with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and professional organizations as needed. Support budgeting, resource planning, and technical strategy development for the product categories. Education and Experience Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline required. 10+ years of laboratory experience, or Ph.D. with 7+ years of experience.

- Compensation and Benefits
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,700 - $213,200. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
