About the role

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our team. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same, and you have the time to truly make a difference. Unlike rushed care environments, we ensure minimum 1-hour visits , allowing you to build meaningful relationships and deliver person-centred care. We work on a two week working pattern which includes: The same 2,3 or 4 weekdays each week, plus alternate weekends Shift times: Either 8:00am-2:00pm and/or 4:15pm-9:00pm Once you have decided whether you are applying for either mornings, evenings or full days, this will then be your set working pattern. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to travel between client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Your role will focus on supporting clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Duties may include:
  • Companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Shopping and accompanying clients to appointments
  • Personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting wellbeing, dignity, and independence
  • About You
  • No formal qualifications are required. We welcome people from all backgrounds, especially those with transferable skills or personal experience caring for others.
  • You will need:
  • A caring, compassionate nature
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
  • Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship)
