Pre-Opening Responsibilities Support the setup of spa operations, including treatment rooms, equipment, and product selection. Collaborate with the Spa Manager to ensure readiness of all spa facilities and offerings. Operational Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of spa treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) to the highest standards. Ensure each guest receives a personalized and memorable spa experience. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper use of spa products and equipment. Handle guest feedback professionally and support service recovery when needed. Guest Experience Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on treatments, products, and wellness routines. Promote spa services, retail products, and wellness offerings. Team Contribution Work collaboratively with the spa and wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience. Participate in ongoing training and development sessions. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and energetic team environment. Brand & Culture Contribution Act as an ambassador of the Portaluna and Morgans Originals brand values. Bring energy, personality, and authenticity to every guest interaction. Support sustainability initiatives and responsible spa practices. What we're looking for... Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle environment. Strong knowledge of a variety of spa treatments and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A warm, engaging, and guest-focused personality. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. What's in it for you...
