Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from sales support-including engineering cost estimation, delivery scope definition, and resource planning-through to project execution, commissioning, and final handover to service organization

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marine engineering, automation engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in the marine industry, with 3+ years managing complex projects with both financial and technical responsibility
  • PMP certification and proven experience working in international business environments
  • Experience leading automation projects on Cruises, Ro-Ro/Ro-Pax, or LNG vessels is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication capabilities with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
