Role Summary As a SoC Power Management Engineer, you will develop and optimize underlying power management software for next-generation vehicle SoCs. Your work will enable efficient, stable, and high-performance operation of integrated cockpit and driving domain systems, spanning from low-level drivers to system-level power control.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver system-level power management software for SoC platforms, including PLL, Clock, PMIC, DVFS, AVS, CPUFreq, CPUIdle, DevFreq, PM Runtime, Suspend/Hibernate
  • Support productization, mass production, and chip function verification of power management systems
  • Develop and maintain test cases to validate power system functionality and stability
  • Optimize power performance and improve system stability across software and hardware layers
  • Compile technical documentation, including design specifications and manuals, for power management solutions
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment
  • How You Will Stand Out
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields, with ≥5 years of experience in power management software development
  • Strong expertise in Linux driver development frameworks
  • Familiarity with ARM64 architecture and low-level SoC power management concepts
  • Proficient in using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other hardware debug tools
  • Proven ability to optimize software for performance, stability, and power efficiency in complex embedded systems
