Silicon Validation Eng Undergraduate Intern

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate the functional, power, and performance characteristics of silicon products.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of silicon validation issues.
• Contribute to test automation and enhancement of validation infrastructure to optimize testing efficiency.
• Perform data analysis to evaluate validation metrics and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Support the development and implementation of validation environments and tools used in testing.
• Participate in team discussions and projects to gain exposure to Intel's methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Basic understanding of hardware architecture and computer systems.
• Coursework or experience in digital design, circuits, or microprocessors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze technical data.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks or tools.
• Understanding of validation methodologies and hardware debugging techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.
