Responsibilities

• As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers by:
• Assisting technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with accurate parts identification and ordering
• Managing inventory, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department
• Processing orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
• Building strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Promoting parts and accessory sales to maximize revenue
• Maintaining compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards

Requirements

• Proven success in a high-volume automotive parts environment
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging (Toyota experience a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Parts Advisor Pay: Commission Based-Annual pay range is $55K-$60K depending on performance. Schedule: Exact schedule to be discussed at interview. Must be available weekends. Parts department is open all days from 7 am to 7 pm.
