Learn more about working at Ledcor - watch here Essential Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a crew of Carpenters, Concrete Finishers / Masons and Labourers Interface with the client and other contractors on site Ensure site safety by maintaining a hazard-free environment and enforcing compliance with Ledcor's health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinate work activities with the client, contractors, and other Forepersons to ensure smooth project execution Plan and manage resources, equipment, and labour to keep operations efficient. Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately. Monitor project schedules to ensure work is completed within regular hours and meets deadlines. Resolve on-site challenges and proactively manage work sequencing.
