Responsibilities
- The HR Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate, complete and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.

- Processing payroll reports and supporting the investigation and resolution of payroll queries, working closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely processing.
- Support the administration of employee visa processes, maintaining accurate records and monitoring key renewal dates to help ensure compliance with UK immigration requirements.
- Carry out Right to Work checks for new hires and existing employees where required, maintaining accurate documentation in line with Home Office guidance and internal procedures.
- Respond to employee and manager queries relating to Right to Work and visa administration, escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Prepare regular payroll and HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and supporting the provision of management information as required.
- Validate payroll-related changes, including employee lifecycle events, benefits and contractual amendments, ensuring information is submitted accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Supporting the administration of business-as-usual (BAU) and cyclical employee benefits, including Private Medical Insurance, Electric Vehicle and Cycle to Work schemes, ensuring accurate records, compliance with scheme rules and timely processing.
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting process enhancements and ensuring operational readiness for implementation.
Requirements
- Proven Administrative experience is essential and preferably within HR or with a keen interest to work in HR.
