[WEBTOON] Legal Business & Rights Specialist

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, insurance brokerage, or equivalent corporate operations environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
• Advanced proficiency in data management and analytics tools (e.g., Airtable, SharePoint, specialized CLM/IP management software) and MS Office, with an emphasis on advanced Excel capabilities. Interest in building workflows and systems using AI tools.
• Comfortable with basic corporate accounting principles, including invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and navigating ERP/financial software; proven ability to handle sensitive financial data with total confidentiality
• Strong foundational understanding of commercial insurance structures, policy terms, and corporate risk management workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to align internal stakeholders and external executive partners

In this multifaceted role, you will bridge the gap between legal support, financial management, and risk mitigation. You will take ownership of the legal department budget and invoice workflows, partner with the Head of Rights Management to maintain our proprietary rights database, and serve as the primary liaison for our corporate insurance programs. The ideal candidate thrives on turning unstructured data into clean, scalable processes and possesses a strong background in data management, corporate accounting, and contract workflows.
