About the role

Provide advanced occupational therapy assessment and intervention to patients with complex needs, including neurological, respiratory, cognitive, and multi-pathology presentations Work autonomously while leading and supporting clinical activity within your specialist area Actively contribute to multidisciplinary working, ward rounds, and discharge planning Support service delivery using a continuous improvement approach Provide specialist advice, supervision, and training to therapy staff

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Significant experience working at an advanced level in acute hospital settings
• Strong MDT working, clinical reasoning, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage complex caseloads independently
