About the role

Job Description: To assist the Consultant in supervision of the construction of the Structural Works under Building Control Act. To supervise and inspect the Contractor's works to ensure the works on site are of the expected quality. To ensure proper site documentation is maintained. Monitoring the constructions activities. To conduct other related duties as required by the Consultants and Developer. To verify that the Contractor's defects rectification are completed satisfactorily. To monitor and track the defects rectification meet the service standards set. To attend joint inspections with residents to better understand their requests/feedback where required. To conduct HDB approved plans to safeguard building structures. Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore, preferably in HDB projects. Possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) Experience in precast structural works, prefabricated bathroom unit construction works and able to supervise architectural works or M&E works are essential. Candidates who are able to supervise inter-discipline works would be beneficial. Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures and construction administration. Good communication and coordination skills Employment contract period is approximately 12 months (with option to extend) Able to start work immediately preferred 5.5 days work week.
