Requirements
- Experience with machine shop equipment including 3 axis vertical mill, lathe , surface grinder, band saw
- Experience with CNC lathe programming , set-up, and operations
- Understanding of G & M code programming
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Willing to respond to off-hours problems
- Ability to maintain shop equipment
- Ability to work individually , and in a team environment to complete required tasks
- Must be able to travel up to 25%, sometimes on short notice as needed
- Willingness to learn field service tasks: drum repair, drum resurfacing, optical alignment, and machine installation and rigging
- Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record , and have the ability to obtain a passport
- Must be able to safely perform assigned tasks when in the field at elevated heights
- Preferred Skills:
- Weld ing experience
- Knowledge of electrical, Pneumatic, hydraulic systems, Mastercam software
- Experience with Okuma machine tools
- Internal Applicants:
- Must not have disciplinary action Written or higher in last 120 days
- Must have received 'Performer' or higher on last performance review
- Must be in current position at least 120 days and cannot be on probation
- Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan
