Responsibilities
- Own, implement, and manage the Lead Management Process at the company level, including lead review, Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) assessment, lead entry, and assignment to sales personnel within the CRM.
- Oversee the Lead-to-Opportunity cycle, ensuring timely follow-up with the sales team for lead qualification and progression to opportunities.
- Gather and relay feedback from the sales team to the lead generation team to continuously improve lead quality.
- Engage with potential customers as needed to validate requirements for MQL status.
- Provide insights into the customer journey throughout the lead generation process.
- CRM local business owner and superuser providing support with training as needed.
- Support ComEx Manager for various commercial excellence related activities at company level, such as:
- Support for Lead Disqualification analysis report preparation.
- Support sales team for qualifying opportunities to order by providing necessary data from CRM.
- Support in preparing various reports by analyzing CRM data as needed by Divisions / Business Units etc.
- Support to ensure sales data quality and CRM adoption and discipline.
- Assist with Customer Experience Survey activities, including report analysis and follow-up actions with the sales team.
- Support deep analysis of industry, market, and customer insights as needed to enhance customer experience, sharpen value positioning, and boost conversion rates.
- Support for executing new digital initiatives in collaboration with other Marketing Excellence Areas.
- Preferred Skill & Knowledge:
- Engineering Graduate (MBA is preferred) with 5-8 years of experience
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with sales and marketing processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the Lead-to-Order process and CRM functionalities.
- Regular CRM user with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Experience in ERP and ERP implementaion is added advantage.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Experience managing large and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to teach and coach others, leveraging centrally provided training materials.
- Solid understanding of data-driven business practices.
