As a Manufacturing Engineer (Headgear Engineering) , you will partner closely with Production, Quality, NPI and global engineering teams to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable manufacturing solutions. Let's Talk About the Role & Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet volume, cost, quality, and safety targets Lead process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with GMP standards Support equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Drive automation and robotics integration (PLCs, Industry 4.0 concepts) Improve production flow, line balancing, and takt time efficiency Conduct capacity analysis and implement utilization improvements Lead or support cost reduction and scrap reduction initiatives Partner with Product Development to ensure design for manufacturability (DFM) Establish and maintain standard work procedures and training for production teams Contribute to Lean / Six Sigma initiatives (DMAIC, Kaizen, waste reduction) Let's Talk About Qualifications & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience Strong experience in high-volume, large-scale manufacturing environments Hands-on experience in automation, equipment, and process engineering Preferred Background in medical devices, manufacturing, or food industries (GMP exposure highly valued) Exposure to automation and robotics integration MBA or advanced qualification (desirable but not essential) Technical Skills You should bring a strong mix of the following: Process Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) Equipment commissioning & troubleshooting Process optimization & continuous improvement Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies Production planning & line balancing Capacity planning & efficiency improvements Preferred ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) Data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) Automation mindset (AI / IoT integration) Why Join Us?
