Where You'll Make a Difference Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and lab supplies within the Scent laboratory Support preparation of fragrance samples for internal evaluations and customer requirements Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials aligned with quality and safety standards Coordinate material requests, stock replenishment, and disposal of obsolete materials Perform cleaning, maintenance, and proper handling of lab equipment Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of samples Track material consumption and support planning based on operational needs Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with lab processes Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within lab operations What Makes You the Right Fit Technical diploma or equivalent (recent graduates or early career candidates considered) 0-1 year of experience (internships or trainee experience acceptable) Basic knowledge of laboratory, manufacturing, or inventory processes Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Basic understanding of safety practices and material handling English reading comprehension (basic to intermediate) Ability to work in a hands-on, operational environment How Would You Stand Out?
