Responsibilities
- Provide administrative clerical support to the Director, Assistant Director, Five Coordinators, and Graduate Assistants of the Department of Recreational Sports. Handle steady customer traffic in office, assist in budget and fiscal operations.

- Train new student hires assigned to recreational sports on biweekly payroll submittal/direct deposit set up/clock in/out via departmental time keeping application.
- Manage payroll processes for student staff.
- Requisitions, Purchase Orders, LDocuments, E-Documents, payroll adjustments, EPA / EGR / EWR documents, budget forms, procurement forms, travel forms and HR forms via ( FAMIS and Workday).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of related experience.
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
