Job Summary This position is responsible for supervising the preparation and execution of Mechanical maintenance tasks to maintain plant equipment, facilities, and support safe and economical operation of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Plant. Job Description Key Accountabilities Plan and direct implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance of plant equipment. Maintain an environment conducive to nuclear and personnel safety. Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures. Drive the training and qualification of Mechanics. Perform assigned emergency response and outage roles. Education, Experience & Skill Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Five to seven years of nuclear experience with Maintenance experience preferred. Meets station procedural requirements. Exhibit professional work ethics and leadership abilities.
