Our Global Training & Development Administration team is looking for a Training Coordinator to support the global coordination and execution of our learning programs across Europe and North America. If you have a passion for administration, thrive in a fast-paced environment, speak fluent English and enjoy working with cutting-edge HR systems, this is your opportunity! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You administer and maintain global training programs within the Learning Management System (LMS), including participant assignment and program data upkeep You coordinate and manage participant registrations and scheduling, ensuring alignment with program requirements and timelines You provide first-level support to learners regarding training access, system navigation, and general program-related inquiries You monitor and provide training reports and KPIs You organize and coordinate training venues, rooms, and technical resources at training centers globally You support day-to-day administrative LMS tasks such as course creation, user role management, and documentation of completions and certifications YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have experience in HR/Training administration, ideally in an international or multi-country environment Attention to Detail You are highly meticulous and ensure compliance with legal and company policies Soft Skills You have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset Technical Proficiency You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and you are quick to learn and adapt to new software tools Language You are fluent in English (mandatory), with additional languages such as German or other European languages being a plus
